Repeat Prescriptions
Please follow the guidelines and choose the right option for you.
Ordering a Repeat Prescription
If you need a repeat of medication the doctor has already prescribed for you, please give us two working days' notice.
We ask that you only order the medication you actually need rather than automatically ordering everything that is on your repeat prescription.
Repeat dispensing requests are best made by using the slip provided. They may also be ordered online (registration required); please still allow two days for requests.
Repeat Prescriptions will only be taken over the phone for house bound patients.
When you order a prescription online, you can have it sent electronically to a pharmacy of your choice. This is called a nomination.

Medication Queries
Please get in touch with the surgery to raise a query about your medication.
Medication Reviews
Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor, nurse practitioner or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip.
Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.
